The Hawker General Store is like an old fashioned department store with a great outback atmosphere. The aroma of freshly roasted Vittoria coffee wafts through the store.

There’s an array of camping equipment to make your holiday more enjoyable and the stylish range of outback clothing comes in most adult and children’s sizes.

The Hawker General Store stocks fresh fruit and vegetables, bread and quality local meats including T-Bones, chops, sirloin and sausages – just right for the BBQ.

The Bottleshop stocks draught, VB, spirits, red and white wines.

In the centre of the Hawker General Store you will find the indoor/outdoor cafe. Cappuccinos, lattes, long black, short black, hot chocolate and fresh cakes are inviting. "Best coffee in the Flinders" say film stars Brian Brown and Rachael Ward.

The famous Hawker Steak Sandwich and other hot foods can be prepared to eat-in or take-away.

There’s a range of interesting giftware and souvenirs.

Hawker Licensed Post Office is open Monday to Friday.
