As you step inside the gallery the haunting tone of the didgeridoo sets the scene for the diverse Aboriginal artworks on display.

Ancient Earth Gallery directors’ contact with Aboriginal people in the north and east of Australia over the past 20 years with extensive knowledge of their art contributes to works on display from many celebrated and recognised Aboriginal Artists as well as new emerging talent.

Enjoy, learn & experience the ancient  culture of Aboriginal people. Paintings often depict a story about the Artist’s country.

As well as paintings, artworks include:
    Didgeridoos, totem poles, Mimi spirits and
    carvings from the Far North, goannas,
    birds and snakes with Batik silks and
    painted jewellery from the Central Desert

Ingwe Anwernhe Antepe' Irreme (Tonight We Dance). Enjoy Indigenous music and dance by starlight in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. 

Imbala Jarjum, the young dance group will take you on a journey of diverse Aboriginal Australia. Sharing stories, music and dance of the Peramangk people who once roamed the Adelaide Hills. This unique display of cultural dance with a contemporary influence gives an in-depth look into the oldest surviving culture. Bookings essential.
